Delicious when brewed on its own and even more delicious with frothed hot milk. Invigorating and warming, chai may be either steeped or traditionally boiled in water with milk (add a handful of chopped fresh ginger for additional heat, if desired) and sweetened to taste. Fragrant and seductive, chai is perfect to enjoy anytime and makes your home smell utterly divine. Preparation Traditional Measure: 3-4 grams p/ cup Water temperature: 80°C. Infuse: 3-4 min. Chai Latte -Fill a (sauce)pan with enough water for 50% of a tea cup, -Heat until boiling, -Add 2 heaped tea spoons (6-8 grams) Herbal Chai, -Boil for 5-8 minutes, -Pour the infusion through a strainer in the tea cup(s), -Fill up the tea cup with (frothed) (soy) milk, -Finish wit a topping of cinnamon, ground cardamom and honey.
