Is something not quite right with your order, or would you like to exchange an item? You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal has been broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you then have a further 14 days after cancellation to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including any standard delivery costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your address to the webshop are at your own expense.
