Our system is designed to process orders quickly so they get to you as soon as possible. This means that once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it or change any of the items purchased. Sometimes we can change the shipping or billing address, so please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order was partially processed, it means that one or more items were not shipped with the rest of your order because they were out of stock.
As soon as the order left our warehouse, the missing item is marked as a 'backorder', which you can also find on the packing slip. You will then receive the missing item as a follow-up shipment as soon as possible.
If possible, we will make your order into a letterbox package, so you don't have to stay at home.
If there are more or larger items, it will be a parcel.
In both cases you will receive a tracking code by email with which you can follow the journey of your package.

If your card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining amount with another gift card or with an accepted credit card.
If your order value is less than the full amount of your gift card, the remaining credit will remain valid for a subsequent visit.
