Orders received before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. We deliver the next day in the Netherlands and Germany.
In our selection you will find green tea, black tea, white tea, oolong, rooibos and other herbal teas.
CiTea is probably the best kept secret in the field of tea and you have probably come across us somewhere. Next to offices you will find us in hotels, restaurants, catering, wellness, stores and specialty coffee bars.
Our system is designed to process orders quickly so they get to you as soon as possible. This means that once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it or change any of the items purchased. Sometimes we can change the shipping or billing address, so please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has been partially processed, this means that one or more items were not shipped with the rest of your order because they were out of stock. As soon as the order left our warehouse, the missing item was marked as a 'backorder', which you can also find on the packing slip. The missing item will then be sent as soon as possible.
