Hojicha is one of the most populair teas.

Leaves and twigs are harvested in the late season and traditionaly roasted. This provides light smokey tones to the flavours this wonderfuly soft tea. In the cup you will find a light, amber coloured liquid with an aroma of toast, flavours of vanilla and roasted nuts.

This soft tea sooths the stomach and contains a low amount of caffeine making this the ideal brew for breakfast and after dinner.
