The temperature diagram is divided into three ranges: Green Tea: 65°C-80°C/ 150°175°F Black Tea: up to 95°C/ 203°F Herbal Tea: up to 90°C/ 194°F At CiTea, we use the following steps to brew tea: -Boil water in an electric kettle to heat the water to the boiling point -Then insert the water in the mug or pot -Put the stem of the thermometer into the mug or pot between the lid and rim -Monitor the temperature until it lowers to the desired level.

The right teapot

It is useful to see what materials the teapot is made of and whether the tea stays warm. Teapots are made from different materials. At CiTea we only use high-quality materials. Tea bags and tea filters
